Well it was early March, I found my new digs just listed that day, it was one of those karmic moments where you look at the place on line and you say NOPE! but you look at it in real life and it says some one needs to fire the photographer, as they did the place no justice.
To be fair its an older home , a repo, but it had 2 things going for it , the price and the location.
also as an old house it did need 7 things repaired, as it was just listed there hadn't been time to work off the repairs the bank wanted prior to closing. so that was the first hurdle, the selling agent didnt seem to understand I had let go my apartment in March under the express understanding that the I needed to close the house by april 15th so I could get house keeping set up before I had to go back to school & finish my masters program.
This is where the story turns into a chapter from Shelby Foote's "The Stars In their Courses" where in the basic premise is no matter what I did , ya, it didn't matter as it was apparently preordained not to happen before April 25th. In reality it was April 27th was the day we did the official close. So now I have a new house and as soon as I can get my main production equipment back on line I will again start producing the podcast. hopefully in the next 3 weeks.
